- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Exchange Policy

- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The replacement product will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected.
- Replacement/Exchanged products will be delivered within 4-5 days
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Items purchased during special sales or clearance offers.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
You may be required to provide photos or videos of the product for verification.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.
5. Refund
- Refund will be credited within 5-6 days to the original source of payment methos.
