Return & Refund Policy

At Arunavi, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
When Reverse Shipping Charges Apply
Reverse shipping charges will be applicable in the following situations:
- Customer orders the wrong product/size/variant
- Change of mind after delivery
- Product is no longer needed
Charges will be:
₹50 – ₹250 per product (depending on location and courier partner)
Non-Serviceable Locations
If reverse pickup is not available in your area:
Customers must self-ship the product to our warehouse. A fixed reimbursement (up to ₹100) will be provided upon submission of courier receipt.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
2. Exchange Policy
- Exchange is available for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The replacement product will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected.
- Replacement/Exchanged products will be delivered within 4-8 days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Items purchased during special sales or clearance offers.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
You may be required to provide photos or videos of the product for verification.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.
5. Refund
Refund will be processed after quality check.
- Refund will be credited within 5-6 days to the original source of payment methos.
