- If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, it can be cancelled.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

4. Cancellation by Arunavi
Arunavi reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including:
- Product out of stock
- Payment failure or verification issues
- Incorrect pricing or product details
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be processed.
